Hello there! Welcome and thank you for visiting ELG services.
I’m honored that you’ve chosen to invite me on your journey. I look forward to connecting with you and learning more about what has brought you here. You are making one of the most meaningful investments you can—an investment into yourself. Take a moment to celebrate that.
I understand that therapy or coaching can feel intimidating and even uncomfortable at first. Many people wrestle with whether lasting change and/or living the life they’ve always envisioned is truly possible—let alone sustainable as a lifestyle. I want to say clearly: Yes, it absolutely is. But no one is meant to walk that path alone, and transformation doesn’t happen without intentional effort and support.
Despite what some may think, I openly and confidently share that therapy or coaching are just as essential as your annual visit to the doctor. And I don’t say that because it’s my profession—I say it because I’ve lived it.
ELG Services is not just a job I go to; it’s a gift, a privilege, a calling, and a sacred opportunity I get to step into every day. The work I do is deeply connected to the work I’ve done in my own life (personally and as an entrepreneur)—investing in accountability, healing, fighting for peace, and breaking free from the unhealthy patterns of my past. That said, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you experience your own unique sense of restoration, growth, and transformation.
The mind, body, and heart are some of the most powerful tools we have—so what could be more important than nurturing and strengthening them together? When we begin to reflect on our thoughts, understand the roots of our emotions, acknowledge unhelpful communication patterns, notice what we are holding in our bodies, and process how our past has shaped our present—transformation becomes possible. This is where the shift toward change begins. It births a desire to live with greater intention, embrace peace, ignite passion, and boldly declare who we are.
I also believe that coaching can be just as transformative—though for different reasons than therapy. While therapy often focuses on healing from the past and addressing emotional or relational wounds, coaching is forward-focused. It’s ideal for those who are ready to set meaningful goals, make strategic decisions, and take aligned action in their lives. Whether you are looking to heal, grow, or clarify your next steps, we can explore together whether therapy or coaching best fits your needs.
At ELG Services, you are not expected to have it all figured out before you start. Together, we’ll determine the path that best supports your growth, and ensure that whatever service you receive is thoughtfully tailored uniquely to you— to your season, story, and goals.
I invite you to explore this site, learn more about my work, and reach out for a consultation. Just like choosing a physician, finding the right therapist or coach matters. The ELG Team and I are here to help guide you to your next best step.

about me!
Here at ELG Services, the first hat I wear is “owner and founder”. More importantly, I currently serve as the primary practitioner on staff. I am a Licensed Marriage (Marital) and Family Therapist in Connecticut and in Florida. I graduated from Nova Southeastern University with my Master of Science in Family Therapy.
I have worked in the mental health field since 2008. I have worked with individuals from various cultural backgrounds, familial dynamics, and varying life circumstances. Through my experience, I have developed extensive clinical training in working with the following specialties and issues: parents/parenting, spirituality, life transitions/adjustment, self-care/wellness, women’s issues, foster care and adoption, professional development, relationship conflict, interpersonal development, living with chronic illness, domestic violence, and trauma; among other areas of needs.
I have been very fortunate to have had a wide range of exposure in my earlier working years. Since, I have narrowed my focus to working with women, parents, and couples. Whether it is to navigate the challenges of relationships, life transitions, identity, boundary setting, emotional wellness, spirituality, and/or healing from past trauma, my style is collaborative and strength-based. Therapy helps uncover how the past informs the present, while creating space for transformation. Coaching clarifies meaningful goals and supports intentional, purpose-driven, values-aligned living. Group work helps disrupt isolation, cultivate connection, and mirror growth in real time. The body-based practices helps reconnect the mind and body—releasing stored stress, promoting emotional regulation, and restoring a sense of safety, self-awareness, and presence.
When you begin to recognize your strengths through the pain you have endured, your perspective shifts—from being consumed by internal struggles to seeing the broader possibilities within and around you. Looking at the bigger picture allows you to grow in self-compassion, engage in a self-view that reflect self-love, and begin making choices rooted in self-worth and care.
I believe that potential lies within every person. Together, we’ll uncover the internal resources you’ve always had and identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck in familiar but unhelpful cycles. I deeply value relationships and believe that when they’re healthy—whether with yourself, your spouse, your child, or others—a person is able to truly thrive.
My goal is to help you experience breakthrough. A shift in how you see yourself can create a ripple effect—because when your relationship with yourself transforms, that transformation overflows into every other area of your life.
I also recognize that finding peace in the midst of life’s complexities isn’t always easy. But I truly believe therapy can be a powerful catalyst—fostering healing, clarity, purpose, and growth. It can help restore what was lost, reconnect you with what once felt distant, and move you closer to the life you’ve always envisioned. While life’s challenges may not always disappear, therapy can transform how you engage with them. Sometimes, the complexity softens; other times, it dissolves entirely. Either way, your relationship with life—and with yourself—begins to change in meaningful ways.
On the other hand, coaching offers a forward-focused space to help you gain clarity, build momentum, and take aligned action toward the life you envision. It’s less about processing what’s behind you and more about activating what is within you. Coaching supports you in setting meaningful goals, tapping into your strengths, and overcoming internal or external obstacles that may be holding you back. It’s about helping you show up with intention, stay accountable, and live purposefully—no matter the complexities of life. While therapy helps you heal, coaching helps you build. Taking the time to do the work in both respects, can create a powerful path toward transformation.
Capture this vision…
What if the fog began to lift and you could see your life with greater clarity? What if the weight of feeling stuck gave way to movement, freedom, and hope? What if the discouragement you’ve been carrying started to fade, and in its place grew confidence, courage, and renewed passion for what’s ahead? Imagine what might happen if you took a brave step forward—trusting that where you are headed could feel more whole, more grounded, and more aligned than where you’ve been. What if beginning again was the very thing that brings you closer to what you’ve longed for all along?
You don’t have to have it all figured out—just start. And see what unfolds.
