Things to keep in mind as you contemplate therapy or coaching:

Therapy is meant to support you in resolving the things of the past, so you can get on with the now and your future with a zeal for life. Therapy is process oriented, supporting you in uncovering the roots to your perpetual negative challenges and problems. Although it can incorporate goal setting and be strength-based, it meant to assist in healing the wounds of your past, and supporting you in living confident in who you and leading a life of joy. Coaching is forward-moving and goal oriented. It may touch on the past to understand the present. However, in no way is it meant to assist in resolving the past. Coaching is present-focused, meant to assist you in identifying where you want to go and supporting you in identifying what will lead you ahead to accomplishing your dreams.

Payment Options

I do not accept any insurance or employee assistance programs. If you would like to schedule an appointment with me and wish to go through your insurance, it will be considered out-of-network. If you are eligible for reimbursement from your insurance carrier, I will provide you with a superbill to provide to your insurance company. I highly recommend contacting your insurance carrier regarding therapy service reimbursement, prior to scheduling an appointment. This allows the onboarding process for your initial session to go smoothly. Please note if you would like to use your insurance, referral options can be provided to you upon request. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the office.

When contacting your insurance providers, what to ask:

  1. Does my plan cover therapy? And do I have out-of-network benefits?
  2. Am I limited in the number of sessions?
  3. Who accepts my plan and can I get a listing?

Please note if you have Husky as your insurance provider, under state law you must choose a therapy provider who accepts your plan. Otherwise, you may jeopardize maintaining coverage and may be subjected to legal infractions.

Form of payments accepted are as follows: ACH Bank transfer, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa. Also accepted are FSA/HSA payment methods.

Cancellation Policy

Consistency is key. So, it is important for you to maintain consistency in your treatment. However, I understand things come up and rescheduling may not always be possible. In the event that you must cancel a session, I ask that you give at least 48-hour notice. Thereafter, any late cancelations or no-shows will be a full session fee charge (refer to pricing listed above). The form of payment on file will be automatically charged for no shows and cancellations less than 48-hours of scheduled session.

Thank you!
